Yes, even if you only completed B.Tech, you are still eligible for JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning). However, Paper 1 is for B.Tech, and Paper 2 is for Architecture/Planning. If you are interested in both engineering and architecture, you can take both, or just Paper 1 for B.Tech, since they have different curricula and are frequently offered on different days.
