Hello there,
Only a B.Tech degree is not enough to appear for CTET Paper 2. In order to become eligible you should enroll in a B.ED degree or D.EL.ED Degree. Even if you are in the first year of the required degree, you become eligible for the CTET Paper 2.
I hope this helps you.
Thnakyou.
Hello,
To be eligible for CTET Paper 2 you must meet the educational criteria. For Paper 2 (for teaching classes 6 to 8), the basic eligibility is:
-
Bachelor’s degree (like B.Tech) with at least 50% marks
-
B.Ed. or in the process of completing B.Ed.
So, just having a B.Tech is not enough . You need to have done B.Ed. after your B.Tech or be pursuing it.
Hope it helps !
