As per query you mentioned that you did not appear for CET examination and so you do not have your admit card. I assume that you did apply for it. If my assumption is right then they should have provided some link to download your admit card you can check it there. Otherwise if the date has surpassed or you have not applied for CET then I must say that it is not possible to get your admit card. You can talk to the authorities but I think you would have to appear for CET first . But if you have your NEET admit card then that would work so don't worry.
