Yup m also a du student....nd gives counseling to needy students ...if you want to check then you can check it on the bulletin of du

Dear Prashant,

Sorry, u need centralised SC certificate..State issued certificate will not work..Contact the local authorities such as grahak seva Kendra to get it done.

you don't have much time now for its making still try your best…Otherwise u will not be considered as SC in DU.
