If you want to go for BA Hons or  Bcom Hons at DU, A minimum of 45% aggregate marks in class12th is mandatory along with compulsory Maths as subject.

Although for BA or Bcom, only 40% aggregate marks are needed without Mathematics as subject.

Hence , you're not eligible for Bcom Hons.

But you are surely eligible for Bcom.

Hello friend,

Now it has been made compulsory to have studied Maths for admission in any Honour course of Delhi University.

But its is not necessary to include the marks of Maths in the calculation of the best 4.You just need to have the passing marks and you fulfill the criteria set by the University.

Every college of Delhi University offers B.Com(hons) without including maths in your best four, though you should be having Maths as a subject in your 12th class.

Thankyou for contacting Careers 360
