Delhi University is one of the most recognized university in India. The university is highly reputed and gives admission to students with high merit only.
According to the trends of cutoffs released every year by the Delhi University, the general category candidates are required to score a percentage above the range of 86 or 87% + to get admission to the university courses.
With 83%, it is not possible for a general Category candidate like you to get admission, still don't give up hope or try for other colleges.

Yes, you may get into du with these marks but probably in the end cutoffs and very limited colleges. But yes you can land into and average, above average college for B.com (hons) keep an eye on the cutoffs.
