As per your expected score in NEET 2019 and based on the previous year cutoff, you seem to have good chances of getting a seat in government colleges through state level counselling. As cutoff varies by some score in every year so you may have chance to get admission for MBBS in following colleges :

Government college of medical, Azamgarh

Government college of medical, Saharanpur
