I m sorry but with these marks you won't be able to make up to a govt college as the competition level is very tough. You can surely try for private colleges where you have moderate chances of getting a seat. Do go for it.

Unfortunately, 418 marks aren't enough to qualify for the 15% All India Quota seats if you are from general category. Getting a government seat for MBBS with state quota is also difficult with this score but you can opt for private colleges or other allied courses.

It's quite tough to get a seat in govt college at this marks since the competition level has increased a lot in d past years you really need to work hard to get a govt college. But you have moderate chances of getting a private college if you wanna pursue through it.
