I am sorry to inform you IPU is one of the prestigious institute in INDIA.In order to obtain a seat in that college a  candidate must score high in higher secondary. As  you have compartmental examinations your chances oof obtaining a seat there has totally  reduced.  Therefore it is better that you try for your admission chances in other colleges. Prepare well and try to clear those compartmental papers and obtain a hgher secondary degree first. Be confident and put your complete hardwork in clearing those  papers obtain good  marks and have an admission for UG degree .
