You'll receive another email from the Nagpur and Hyderabad campuses. The call you got for IMT Dubai may be based on your CAT scores but once you updated your CMAT scores you'll receive another call letter for both Nagpur and Hyderabad campuses. The minimum CMAT percentile required for IMT Nagpur is 80 and that for IMT Hyderabad is a score of 150. Since you fulfil that criteria you'll receive a call from both the campuses in a single email. The GE/PI rounds of all the IMT campuses except Ghaziabad takes place together. So if you get a call from all the 3 campuses and attend the selection process, they'll allot you a campus among the three based on your performance in the GE/PI rounds.

The official website says that you have to fill one common application form and short listed Candidates will be called for Personal Interview at the centre that they have selected in the Common Application form. Admission decisions will be made on the basis of the personal interview round and selected Candidates will be given the admission offers. If you have chosen both Hyderabad and Nagpur as your centres, you will receive 2 different calls if shortlisted for both the centres. But the admission is based on the merit and cut off of each campus.
