Yes there is auto locking system of choices in Wbjee. It must have been locked.
The last date was 20th June for auto locking.

I got mains rank 94256 and wbjee rank 14869 should i go to nit or college alloted by wbjee

Yes, it will be locked automatically if you will not lock your choices.
