PGIMER 2020 has no correction window. You can only make changes to your photograph and signature only when notified. Now  the last date to fill in the application form is November 14th. So if you want to claim OBC reservation, you have to re-register with a new email and mobile number and fill in a new application form altogether. This means a new payment altogether.
