Don't worry.I suppose you have the copy of the application form or a soft copy of the application which  can be found in your e-mail.So u can refer your your application number there.

Now as far as your hall ticket number is concerned you can get it through your application number.you can simply type your application number and your date of birth in the official website to retrieve your hall ticket number.
