This is Indeed a big carelessness. But don't worry. You must have got an email or a  text message when you registered for the exam for the first time. Search for it, If you can. It must have your registration number. Email may also have password if you haven't changed. Else, you can change the password once you get the user id.
You can also contact the official helpdesk and ask them for the same. They may help you with this.
