As far as I am aware you still have a chance to apply it. From 6th April - 10th April you have a chance to correct the mistakes in the appliction form if there are any. So you can do it then. Just make sure that you do it on 6th only. You can search in online as " AP EAMCET application correction 2019". Good luck for your exams!
