Of course you are eligible despite of having 1 year gap between 11th and 12th. There is no such rule according to NTA/ AIIMS/ JIPMER. However, make sure that you come under other eligibility criteria and should able to produce the affidavit of taking the gap.
And also, kindly keep in mind the criteria may change in upcoming years , so its a advise to please keep in touch with regular updates.

You will be eligible for NEET if you score above 50% in your main three subjects, that is, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Moreover, for the gap years, you should make a gap certificate. It is the declaration that you have a gap in your studies prior to some reasons and then at the time of admission procedure you have to use it.
