Hello,

Don't worry much about it, you are eligible for NEET. Since in 2020, you gave your 12th with Biology subject, so you are fully eligible for NEET. They won't reject you just because you gave 12th twice with different colleges. So, you can relax about it and focus solely on your NEET.
