As per your rank in UPSEE 2018, I am sorry to tell you that your rank does not make you eligible for admission into Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi. As the cut off for UPSEE 2018 was around 4000, and your rank is nowhere near. 

I will advise you to look for some other institute.
