Seat allotment depends on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam, category, rank, local/non-local area, cut off and seat availability. You haven't mentioned the college in which you are interested to seek admission. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
Please tell us category and the college so that we can analyse the previous year cut off to know the possibility of getting seat in that particular college.
