So, with your rank, under SC Category, you definitely have good chances of getting into some of the great government colleges. As for colleges likee NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, it's a bit difficult to get in with your rank, but you can try for the spot rounds as well, and see if you get in.

Your category rank 45000 according to previous year cutoff very less chance to get seats in top government colleges.
But you can try for TFW quota seats in top private colleges you may get seats through State level counseling.

At 45000 rank in JEE mains 2020 and belonging to SC you can easily get a NITs for B-TECH . You can go to government college's like :
NIT Durgapur , NIT Goa , NiT agaratala and many more Northeast and and other states NITs .
