Option 1: Apply to good colleges that not only focus on academic scores but also on the overall profile of each candidate. There are quite a lot of good colleges that follow this process - It could be challenging though, you have to ace other aspects. Option 2: Give the exam again, but that will mean you lose this year, which in this crisis time is not really something that most people should do.
