I get 484marks in neet 2019obc rank is 24000 can i get any governent mbbs college through state quota with ews quota if yes plz tell mestate

Dear Anchal, you havent mentioned the State you belong to.
EWS reservation takes its cut from General Category. With 484 marks, you are in a tight spot for a MBBS seat in a Government Medical College. As this is still a pilot year for this reservation, it needs to be seen how it unfolds. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. With this score, a seat in other States is difficult. You may have to try in your own State Counselling.
