Yes, dear Jitender, you can apply for DU but does not get direct college through 87%. So you have to give the entrence exam for DU colleges and the minimum cutoff for DU entrance exam for B.COM is 45% in 12th. You are totally eligible for the entrence exam, prepared well and get good marks and get your dream college.
