It is quite difficult to get admission in MNIT,JAIPUR with this percentile . Your percentile is quite low to procure seat in this college.
But you can try for state government colleges, there are many other good government colleges that you can aim for.

Frankly speaking it is very difficult to get a seat in MNIT with 91 percentile which denotes your rank is more than lakh. Being from a general category scoring 95+ percentile would have given you a chance to secure a seat in NITs.You can still participate in counselling and try your luck.You can also give some thought about joining IIITs and other reputed engineering colleges.
