See cut-offs for different courses are different in various colleges of Delhi University and you have not mentioned the course in which you are seeking admission so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately. But on the basis of these marks it is quite difficult to get any top college with good course in Delhi University.

On the basis of previous years cut-off for General category candidate you should secure at least 95% marks in class 12th then only you can think about any good college with good course.
