it is quite difficult evaluate the rank from the given percentile as of now I suggest you to use the formula to calculate your estimation of JEE 2020 rank,
-(100-your percentile)*number of students appearing in JEE ie 869010/100
To get admission in IIITs 35k in the new IIIT this is based on average in cutoffs from past years

You can calculate your expected rank in JEE main by using the following formula

(100-percentile score)*869010/100

Therefore your calculated rank at this percentile is 63393, at this rank it is not possible to get any  IIIT.

If the number of candidates in JEE man April get increased then rank will be higher than this and then it becomes also difficult to get any  IIIT.
