As you have scored 93.1 percentile in JEE MAINS 2020. Then according to previous year cut off, You are eligible for appearing in JEE ADVANCE 2020. According to me, it is really difficult to get admission in any NITs or IIITs college at this percentile specially if you are belongs to GENERAL or OBC category.
