If you got IIIT UNA already, you can report to the nearby NIT whichever you feel comfortable to reporting. However, if you choose to freeze this seat or you end up getting the same college after all the counseling rounds, you need to report to the institution itself for the final verification.

See Durgesh there is no need to report at the institute which you have been alloted , i.e. IIIT UNA. You can go and visit your nearest nit or iiit whichever is near to you for seat verification, and after round 7 you need to visit iiit una for ffinal verification and also for admission.
