Hey Prabhat! JEE Main Cut Off for IIITs is determined on the basis of the All India Ranks (AIR) and JEE Main Result. For 23 IIITs, the cut off is released separately for each category as per the programs offered by each of the participating institutions. Unfortunately with your current rank you won't get any of the IIIT you mentioned. You can predict your college with careers360 college predictor on the basis of your rank in JEE Mains 2019.
