According to your rank and category , you can get many iit's like BHU ,Dhanbad , Tirupati , Jammu , Jodhpur , Palakkad and other new iit's , in many lower branches and you can also get other iit's in the later rounds of josaa .
Apart from iit's , JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these -
1)IISC Bangalore
2)IISER
3)IIST Thiruvananthapuram
4)RGIPT
5)IIPE

If you are from obc category,there is very less chance to get into top five IITs. But you can go for iit bhu . You have good chance to get ceramic engineering in bhu.Well you can also try other IITs like Iit Guwahati ,Iit Roorkee.
If you are from sc/st category,there is less chance for iit bhu and guhawati but you can go for lower IITs.
