But I think if don't get CSE then you must prefer ece. Because ece has more scope than it. Placement of ece is 2nd in LNCT after CSE.
Even in govt sector a lot jobs comes for ece.

Yes u may get IT in LNCT (main) in 2nd round.
Cut off for LNCT (main) IT branch was- 134000 after 1 round upgradation ...
May be it can go towards 157000 .
