It is always tough to say with a gurantee that you will get a seat in any University or not but a general rank of 165 is actually quite good. BHU PET for Master of Science in Physics in a very tough competition since the seats are less. But with a rank of 165 you might have a chance of getting admission in Banaras Hindu University. Look out for their second round of counselling.
