Now you asked for the chance in kakathiya medical college, so yes you have high chances to get a seat in that college at second phase of counselling that held. Basically you clear the cutoff marks of that college that the reason that you have high chance of getting a seat in it.

576 is a very good score and you stand a chanceof getting admission in the following colleges for MBBS:

• Government Medical College, nizamabad, mahabubnagar
• RIMS adilabad
• Kakatiya medical college warangal

Kakatiya medical college in 2018 had a Gen cutoff of 529 marks for state quota holders and  540 for all india UR category, which hopefully would not vary much this year too.
