You have not mentioned your category any where ,ao i assume it to be genral .
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in uttar praDesh through state quota .If you are from a reserved category then it would be an icing on the cake.

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
