Hello Harsh, As per your query i would like to tell If you want to be a doctor in defense services, in your case There are only way to join...
after doing MBBS from any college you can apply through Combined Medical Services Exam conducted by UPSC .

Also you can join army through Short service commissions recruitment which is done based on requirements of army...
