NIT trichy considers 40% ipe marks and 60% Jee mains 

Since your are home state  is Tamil Nadu and have reservation yes you can get into that college.

As mentioned few things varies,but because of your reservation you can get into good college only .

Every year, CSAB conducts special round for the vacant seats. You can get NIT Trichy through special rounds only. 

Otherwise, it is quite not possible to get any seat through JoSAA with your rank in NIT Trichy. Previously, 7 rounds of seat allocation was conducted through JOSAA and the closing rank went till 8000 in the last round for SC home state category. 

So, there are chances of getting seat in the special rounds. Hope for the best.

sorry to say nits trichy btech streams all are filled by the closing rank under 8000.

but dont lose hope . you have fair chANCES ON nit harimpur, nit raipur, nit uttrakhant, and north east india nits like nit arunachal pradesh, nit sikkim, nit manipur etc.

Getting into NIT Trichy with this rank is difficult as the cutoff is high. There are chances for female candidates in limited branches such as civil engineering, metallurgical and materials engineering or instrumentation and control engineering with this rank.
