It is unlikely to get core CSE or AI in prestigious government or Tier-1 colleges with a KCET 2025 rank of 100,000. You can still target respectable private universities that offer CSE or AI-related programs, though. Think about educational institutions such as Bangalore's Acharya Institute of Technology, AMC Engineering College, East West Institute of Technology, Gopalan College of Engineering, and HKBK College. Investigate related fields like data science, AI & ML, and information science as well. Engage in active counselling and maintain a variety of options. Even if they are not highly ranked, pay attention to universities with strong faculty, placement assistance, and infrastructure.
