It is difficult and chances are extremely low as cutoffs at IPU is under 2000 ranks and hence we predict following colleges under BA LLB where chances are pretty average :

Delhi institute of rural development
BLS Institute of technology management.

Cutoffs are high for top colkeges and under 4000 ranks. For all mediocre colleges its below 10000 and hence moderate chances can only be expected for general category students.
