See there is no formula to calculate your State quota rank and even in counselling there is no any state quota rank instead the rank or category rank which you got on the basis of that the seat will be alloted to you. If you deserves Home state quota then you can get seat in same college on the basis of some higher rank also as compare to that candidate who do not deserves Home State quota.

As you are talking about NIT Trichy so you cannot get NIT Trichy as per your the category rank you have mentioned in the question and even after considering Home State quota. Now note that this is the data based on previous year's cut-off which you can check out from the link given below :-
