I'm assuming the question that you're asking here for the answer is that you got 103 marks and your rank is 2373.

Then, jec and jist are the prominent colleges in assam. 

To get into these colleges,  the minimum marks that are required for a student of your category is 90 to 95.

So as you got more than 95, you can easily get into both these colleges although you might not get the admissions into your required branch.
