With this score teh chances are less to get a seat in Government college for BAMS, BDS programme & also for BVSC programme. BVSC 15% quota seat counselling will be conducted by AIPVT but this score is not enough to apply. You can try for the private colleges but the chances are less to get a decent private colleges also.

Good Luck!

Hii
Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Deemed Universities. Use NEET College Predictor to Check Your expected MBBS/BDS colleges based  on Your NEET AIR
