I got 106 marks in cee exam and 2212 rank.can i get chance to study in JEC in the branch of electrical or mechanical engineering ?

Thnx a lot sir for ur reply and your advice bt can i know the date of assam cee councelling as they are not informing till now whether i m elligible for councelling or not nd how i have to proceed for councelling whether i hv to do registration or not
