No , your  marks is extremely low to get admission in any of the colleges in DU . Every year DU releases its cutoff  list which contains information about the cut offs for respective subjects and colleges. Though sometimes it falls down with respect to initial years but going through your marks I don't think so it is possible for you to get admission in any colleges of DU this year.
