114 is too less marks for getting a seat in any government college be it mbbs/bds under your category. so, sorry to say but you wont  be able to get a seat in aiq counselling. you can try for private colleges though.

As you mentioned with 114 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible.As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.
Or you can go for management quota seats in private colleges but fees would be more than 40 lakhs for it.
