If you’re from Delhi area, you have a chance at admissions. However if you’re from outside Delhi region, you’ll have to wait for counseling sessions to find out your status.

You got 11k rank in IPU CET and according to that you have no chances to get admission in Maharaja Surajmal College if you belong to general category because for Maharaja Surajmal College, the cut off never goes more than 5k.
So, getting admission in that with 11k rank is not possible.
However, I would suggest you to go for spot round in order to increase your chances of getting a good college in IP.
And you need not worry, because many colleges would be available for admission with 11k rank.
