Hi,
Congratulations on a good score. Yes, you can get a seat in CSE in the open quota as the cutoff rank is around 1800 and your rank could be around 2000. As every year cutoff varies according to the exam standards and the number of people writing. As your rank is almost near you have a chance to get a seat.
