You will have to specify your category as well because there are any categories in TS EAMCET 2019.

I am assuming you belong to the Open Category.

Now, the Top 5 Colleges through TS EAMCET are-

1. JNTU, Hyderabad

2. Osmania University, Hyderabad

3. CBIT, Hyderabad

4. Vasavi Engineering College

5. VNR Vignan Jyothi

Based on TS EAMCET 2018 cutoff, you will not be able to get CSE in any of these Top 5 colleges if you belong to the Open Category.

But, you can check the TS EAMCET 2018 cutoff of all the colleges from the given link-
