I got 11940 rank in ipucet, I'm a non Delhi student of general category.Can I get admission in IPU in cse or mechanical Branch??

Hi Himanshu

In case of CSE it is difficult to get admission with the mentioned rank but there is some possibility to get mechanical but wait for the counselling as anything can happen.
