yes if you belong to an OC catogery too you can definetly get a seat in IIIT with a good branch too , you also have a chance to appear for jee advanced too in which you would also have a chance of getting iit and which is much better than IIIT too so hope that you will get desired seat in your desired branch , hope you get succeded in your life And all the best for your comming exams
