But you have a good chance to get a seat in ECE, Mechanical, Civil, EEE, IT in the same college. If you are both OC and EWS, you are eligible for either one of the category but its better to choose EWS. Now coming to your rank, you have very tough chances in getting seat for cse in VVIT because last year the closing rank was 11526 around. But you can give a shot.
